How are Reddy.io's simulations built?

Reddy builds simulations through a five-phase, 4–6 week SME-to-launch process, described in its product/API documentation ('Building Simulations').

The output is not a generic roleplay script but simulations that run across 20+ functioning system replicas — CRM, ticketing and internal tools — so trainees practice on true system replicas rather than a conversation-only bot.

Reddy also ships an Auto Setup module to support deployment. The 4–6 week build window is the company-stated time from subject-matter-expert input to a launched simulation.
